Do angry workers have the right to complain online?

“Confusion about what workers can or can’t post about their workplaces has led to a surge of complaints at the National Labor Relations Board. They come to the NLRB, whether or not the company is unionized, because a decades-old rule that stems from union organizing is being applied to protect employees who are having a conversation on social media venues among co-workers about terms or conditions of employment. That’s called “protected concerted activity,” and it’s allowable.”
